In unity, South Street Securities Holdings is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Our latest partnership with NY Common Pantry expanded these efforts. Through this collaboration, we aim to tackle food insecurity in New York City and improve the lives of those in need.
Our food drive raised over 150 different items, including but not limited to:We look forward to furthering our partnership with New York Common Pantry. Individually, we can make a difference, but together we can make an impact. The success of an office food drive doesn't come from one person's contributions, but from the collective effort of a team united towards a common goal.
The New York Common Pantry offers a variety of programs to reduce hunger and food insecurity in the community, with a whole-person approach that goes beyond just providing food. The organization offers nutritious food packages, hot meals and supplemental food for seniors. They provide case management services to help visitors gain access to resources and connect homeless individuals to resources through Project Dignity. The organization also offers case management services to address the root causes of food insecurity and education through their Live Healthy! program, which teaches children and adults about nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
