It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we bid farewell to a remarkable individual, Sam Zell. Today, we mourn the loss of not only an esteemed investor and business icon but also a dear friend who played an invaluable role in the success of South Street Securities.
Sam's visionary approach to investments and unwavering support played an instrumental role in shaping our organization. His guidance and belief in our mission enabled us to navigate uncharted territory and achieve remarkable success. We are forever grateful for his insightful wisdom and fearless entrepreneurial spirit, which propelled us through some difficult times, which eventually led us to have the success we have had for the past twenty two years that we have been in business.
During this time of loss, our thoughts and condolences go out to Sam's family and loved ones. May they find solace in the memories they shared and take comfort in the knowledge that his legacy will endure.
