South Street Securities and Affiliates Donate to New York Common Pantry

Colleen Judge
June 03, 2024

Last month, South Street Securities Holdings concluded a successful office food drive in collaboration with affiliates South Street Securities, Matrix Applications, AmeriVet Securities, and GX2. We’d like to thank our employees and partners for their contributions to help eliminate hunger and reduce food waste in our community.

Together, we raised 500 food items, or approximately 400 pounds, for New York Common Pantry. Donations spanned from canned tuna, cereal and chicken to peanut butter, noodles and canned soups. Hosting an annual office food drive is an example of our team’s commitment to making a tangible difference for a common cause by coming together.

The joint initiative across companies was organized by Colleen Judge, Avon Yan, and Wimie Hsieh. We are grateful to everyone who donated and hope this contribution helped New York Common Pantry’s mission to help alleviate food insecurity in New York City.

2024 Food Drive Highlights

Our partnership with New York Common Pantry would not have been successful without the generous contributions from our colleagues and partners. We'd like to give a special thanks and recognition to our largest donors!

“It was a privilege to contribute to this cause. I often bring my kids to volunteer at soup kitchens, and we know firsthand how valuable food donations are, especially peanut butter - one jar can make so many sandwiches to feed people in need. It is an honor to be part of such a generous and community-focused team.”
